Why the board exists, and who chalks it

The board belongs to Collin Alexander Parker, Queen Creek, Arizona — twenty burgers chalked up one by one, each with the sauce it rides on. The board is written for home cooks: methods are described as they are actually made, and composition lines are typical builds, not rules.

Rollo Burger sells nothing. There are no sponsored entries, no pop-ups, no orders — just a chalkboard, twenty entries, and a printable board version that comes home as a free PDF on US Letter paper.

The board is independent and is not affiliated with any restaurant, chain or brand. Adding a sauce of your own to the list? The counter always has room — holler at us through the contact board.
